I had to return a dress because the size didn’t fit quite right, though I’m sure I ordered based on the measurements listed. I was expecting the return process to be a headache, but it was actually simple. I sent it back and got my refund not long after they received it. No hassle in the end, which I appreciated. I’d probably order again, just maybe double-check the sizing next time.

I ordered a couple of dresses from Verge Girl, i was a little suspicious at first because online clothing can be so hit or miss. Overall though, I’m happy with what I got. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but for the style and how they look on, I’d say it feels fair enough.

One of the dresses was thinner than I expected, which made me wonder a bit about the quality, but it still looked cute once I tried it on. Shipping was okay, definitely not super fast. I’d probably order again if there’s a sale or if something really catches my eye, but I wouldn’t say it’s totally perfect.

I really liked the clothes when I saw them online, and that’s probably why I ordered without thinking too much. The styles are cute, but once my order arrived, the quality just felt average.

I was a little nervous ordering from vergegirl.com because online sizing can be all over the place, but I ended up getting my usual size and the fit was actually really good, the top sat nicely without feeling too tight or too loose, the skirt felt true to size as well and while it was maybe a tiny bit short, that’s kind of the style anyway, so overall I’m really happy with it and I’d definitely order my normal size again.

No confusing steps or weird issues, just a quick and easy shopping experience.

Customer service was okay overall, not awful, but definitely not the fastest. I had to follow up once about my order and the reply was basic. They did sort it out in the end, so I’ll give them that, but I wish the updates had been clearer. Also, it was frustrating that the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be...

I really liked the stuff I ordered, it’s cute and pretty much what I was hoping for. The only thing is that the shipping took longer than I expected, that made me feel a bit disappointed because I was excited to get everything sooner. Still happy with the items overall, just wish the delivery had been quicker...
